Driven by his passion for the arts and a vision to create value, he founded GR Studios, an online platform offering creative and artistic services. Starting without even the resources to rent a small office, Chhawa relied solely on dedication, integrity, and a client-first approach. Instead of focusing on maximizing his own profits, he prioritized delivering real value to his clients. This mindset not only helped him build trust but also led to organic growth through word-of-mouth and long-term relationships.
Over time, his entrepreneurial journey expanded into a diversified business empire under The GR Group Ltd, established in 2011. While the company was co-founded with his brothers, Chhawa GR leads its Founder and CEO. His leadership extends across multiple ventures, including GR Casting Company (established in 2012), GR Studios (2013), and GR Motion Pictures (2015). These ventures collectively represent his contribution to both the industrial and creative sectors, particularly in film production, casting, and media services.
However, his journey was far from easy. Financial hardships continued to test his resilience, both before and after entering the business world. Chhawa firmly believes that in today’s world, financial empowerment is essential for survival and growth. Despite facing repeated setbacks, he never allowed adversity to overshadow his determination. His unwavering belief in himself became the foundation of his success.
His consistent efforts and impactful work have earned him significant recognition. To date, Chhawa GR has received over 50 awards across professional and social domains. Most notably, he was honored with the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Global Summit Award in 2026 for his contributions to social work. Additionally, he received the Most Influential Multi-Sector Professional Award at the Rashtra Nirman Udyojak Awards 2026, recognizing his excellence in the industrial sector.
